Ｑ：未成年でも登録して大丈夫ですか？
Ａ：年齢制限はないようですが、18歳未満の時は、一応両親の名前を、本人から許可を得て使ってください。

　

Ｑ：１～２時間インターネットにつなぎっぱなしでは電話代の方が高くつくのでは？それともネットにつながないでもいいのかなあ？

Ａ：ネットサーフィンしている間の時間のみカウントされます。接続コストに関しては、テレホーダイの時間帯に定額制プロバイダを使えば、その心配はありません。電話代や接続料金が定額の環境にない人には、図書館の無料インターネットサービスを使うという手があります。自分のパソコンでなくても、自分の名前でログインすれば、自分の収入としてカウントされます。（図書館の人に見つかって叱られても私は責任をとりませんが）。

Ａ：“！”マークアイコンの Spedia.exe. ファイルがあるディレクトリに行って、そこにあるSpedia.datファイルを削除してください。それでも同じメッセージが出る時には、Internat Connectionの欄で“Proxy-connection”の設定を行ってください。なお“proxy”とは、インターネットに接続するサーバーの一種で、以前訪れたページをキャッシュし、接続せずにもう一度開くことを可能にする機能をもっています。

Ｑ：これまでうまく広告バーを使うことができていたのですが、ある日アップグレードすることを求められ、画面が出てくるままにボタンを押していたら、「必要なDLLファイルMFC42.DLLが見つかりませんでした」と言うメッセージが出てアップグレードできませんでした。

Ｑ：“Spedia Bar”を起動させてＨＰを開いたり、何かをクリックするとすぐに“Your Session has expired. You must login again. Enter vailid user login name and password, Login:［　　　］Password:　［　　　］”とでできます。loginやpasswordについて間違って押してないし、Spediaにloginもで来ました。何が原因だと考えられますか？
Ａ：Spediaバーの左端を右クリックして、“Spedia option”を選びます。それから“Login”タブをクリックして、“Automatic login each time I start Spedia”にチェックを入れてください。そうすれば、いちいちログインせずに広告バーを使うことができます。

　

Ｑ：Spedia を愛用しているのですが、なかなかポイントがたまりません。ゲームも５ポイントたまると終わってしまいます。また、時々“Fraudulent system activity has been detected SpediaBar has detected the following program INTERNAT.EXE Spedia server has been notified about possible system abuse. If you believe this notification to be an error, please email to: account@spedia.net”というメッセージが出てきます。これは何ですか。
Ａ：Spediaは不正なポイント稼ぎをなくすために様々な防御策を取っていて、たとえ不正行為をしていなくてもこのメッセージを出してカウントしない場合があります。どなたのところでもなかなかポイントはたまらないようです。ゲームによっては一回で10ポイント稼げるものもあるそうですが、10000ポイントというのは、たんに上限という意味かもしれません。これについては現在調査中です。　

 

Ｑ：Spediaでよくゲームで２０とか３０ｐｏｉｎｔ上げるのに全然加算されません。何故でしょう？

Ａ：きのうSpediaでポーカーゲームなどいくつかゲームをやってみました。今日統計欄を見てみると、ゲーム欄は相変わらずゼロのままですが、Total Ad Points [principal]の方は増えていました。ここから判断すると、Current Period の Games のほうはあてにならず、ゲームで稼いだポイントもTotalの方に加えられている可能性が高いようです。
